As another year draws to a close, we would like to wish all of our students, families and friends a Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year!

Thank you all for making Mayfield Renshukan Karate Club a place of growth, friendship and achievement. The camaraderie and supportive environment in our Dojo are what truly define our club. Our club has now been running continuously for over five decades and it is this sense of tradition and community that is at the heart of everything we do, and it is something that we can all be very proud of.

So, whether you’re just starting out in your karate journey or have been training for many years don’t forget the values that Karate-Do teaches us: respect, discipline and humility. Each of these core principles not only guides us in the Dojo but also in our daily lives. So as this year ends, let these principles continue to inspire us in 2026. Karate-Do is a way of life, a way of life that shapes our character and contributes to a better, more compassionate world.

Be proud of what you’ve accomplished this year and carry that confidence into 2026. There will be new challenges, but with dedication, hard work and determination there is no limit to what can be achieved.

Rest, recharge and we’ll see you all back in the New Year! Where we’ll continue to train hard, support one another and keep the spirit of Karate-Do alive.
